Charleston, SC | 07.05-07.25
Quick weekend in and around Charleston, SC before meeting up with family in Myrtle Beach. We strolled downtown: waded in the pineapple fountain/ saw rainbow row/ strolled the french quarter. We walked the Shem Creek boardwalk and dined at Saltwater Cowboy. We visited the beautiful Cypress Gardens which was featured in the movie The Notebook and got to take a row boat out in the water/swamp. We visited the 400+ yr old Angel Oak tree! It was massive!! On our way up to Myrtle beach, we stopped by Isle of Palms beach to eat at Coconut Joe’s and play in the beach for a bit since the sun was finally out!! The weather was on and off drizzly in Charleston this weekend but we still had fun on our adventures otherwise.
